A Supplement to Email

Sender control
Email almost never goes away. Once sent, the sender has virtually no control over messages once the "send" button is pushed. This means users may find themselves embarrassed by email sent in anger, in haste or by mistake to the wrong people; in legal trouble if the email reveals confidential information; or their jobs threatened if the email contains information detrimental to their company or management.
Lost in the inbox
For most people, opening their email inbox is like wading into a sea of mixed spam, personal communications, business email, advertisements, scams and other distractions. Important email can be easily deleted, blocked or filtered.
Controlling attachments
Email is also used to send other files - office documents, graphics, audio and video. Once delivered, these can be forwarded, copied or altered in ways not sanctioned by the sender. Plus, attached files require the right application software, and a current version, to be viewed. Often attached files are large and ISPs will block the delivery.
Comlets can Help
Comlet Messages are delivered over a private, secure channel safe from spam filters. The Comlets Viewer is its own inbox and has the intelligence to play incoming Comlets. The need for a cadre of individual application programs and concerns over software revision levels is virtually eliminated - so the recipient can remain focused on your important message.
Comlets put full control over rich media messages into the hands of the message creator. They can't be copied, printed or forwarded. They can be password protected, can disappear after a period of time or after viewing. Privacy is assured.
It makes sense to get out of the fray and use Comlets for your sensitive, rich media communications.
